Listening to our clients - Client Survey results

We want to have a bigger impact and make a bigger difference. Crucial to making a difference and having an impact is taking time to consider how we are doing and what we can do to improve.

In March 2022 we invited all our clients from the last three years to share feedback with us, about the difference the Centre’s support made for them and how we can improve.

Our clients range from the young people living in our hostel, families using our dedicated Family Services, and across our advice and assessment, employment, immigration, housing, welfare, ESOL teams used by young people and families alike. Hundreds shared invaluable feedback on the ways we've helped them, and ideas for improvement.

We’re delighted to share the outcomes with our community and proud that 91% of respondents agreed that they “feel better able to meet my own or my family’s needs” as a result of the Centre’s support.
