Immigration advice

We offer free legal advice on immigration status cases.

We offer free legal advice and representation on immigration cases.

If you live in London and cannot afford to pay for legal advice on immigration we may be able to help. We can provide free accredited immigration advice and representation.

In line with our organisational strategy, we prioritise supporting children and families.

We will always try to help as many people as we can but demand for our services is very high. We would always encourage people looking for advice to contact multiple accredited providers to see if they can help with their case. You can use our tool below to check if your case meets our basic criteria. This will provide details of next steps for accessing our service.

Our immigration advice service is accredited by Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and SQM.

We also have a legal aid contract to do asylum and immigration work.

Accessing our Immigration Service

We are only able to take on certain types of cases and have to prioritise who we help. To help us understand what you need help with, please answer the following questions. You will then be given information about whether we can help. If you meet our criteria, you will then need to speak to a member of our team to discuss your situation further. If you are struggling to use this webpage, please give our assessment team a call on 020 7227 1673.
